Mickey = Beer at Epcot

If you are taking a trip to Disney soon, don’t worry you can find plenty of beer. Small Time Drinker fell in love with Kona beer while staying at the Polynesian hotel. We were also able to score a round of green beers on Saint Patty’s day. You could even have a bar crawl through the World Showcase in Epcot (also known as drinking around the world). Consider trying out these restaurants:
Canada – Visiting Le Cellier is a must. This is the only location outside of Canada to serve Moosehead Pale Ale. The restaurant also serves a selection of Unibroue beers.
China – Sip on Tsingtao at the Nine Dragons Restaurant
France – Fischer and lots of wine.
Germany – It is always Oktoberfest at the Biergarten Restaurant. Enjoy at Radeberger Pilsner, Schöfferhofer Weizen, Altenmünster Oktoberfest, or a Hövels. If you can’t decide, a flight is available. The dinner buffet serves up wurst salad, bratwurst, chicken schnitzel, sauerkraut, Bavarian cheesecake and much more.
Italy – Via Napoli opened in August 2010 serving up pizza and La Rossa, a double-malt, and Moretti, a lager.
Japan – The sleek modern architecture of Teppan Edo is the perfect place to enjoy a Kirin beer and a glass of sake straight or in a cocktail.
Mexico – Dos Equis Lager is available on tap, or in my opinion stick to the tequila.
Morocco – Casa, a traditional Moroccan beer is available. Enjoy it with a slice of baklava.
Norway – Enjoy a Carlsberg on draft with the Disney Princesses at the Akershus Royal Banquet Hall.
United Kingdom – The Rose & Crown serves up traditional pub food and Bass, Boddingtons, Guinness, Harp and numerous pub blends in an Imperial pint glass.
United States – The Garden Grill with Chip ‘N’ Dale offers your typical commercial beers. Skip them and order a Yuengling, especially if you are not from the East coast.

Most of the hotels on Disney property usually have a few micros. Disney Hilton has 4-5 local brews from Cigar City in the sports bar called John T’s. They also have a few organic beers too.
