Mark Dredge of Pencil and Spoon is once again promoting an Open It! weekend, April 29 to May 2, 2011 The goal of open it is to open and drink those bottles you have been saving for some time. I cannot tell you how often I look in on my babies and think I am just waiting for that special occasion. Well Mark has created the perfect excuse to break into them. All you have to do to participate is Facebook, Twitter (#OpenIt) or blog your way through some great beer. I plan on drinking the following:
- Brew Dog Hardcore IPA
- Dogfish Head World Wide Stout
- Nøgne ø
- Imperial Stout
- Dark Horizon
- Red Horizon
- Drie Fonteinen Oude Guez
- A Few Surprises
Look for the special Open It! section on my homepage over the weekend!
